Uniguest only supports printers installed on private networks.

Uniguest places its highest value on the security of our product offerings. However, Uniguest does not manage the network or network security at most locations where its products are implemented. With limited network protections in place on many property networks, publically-available printers are accessible for remote printing requests. Therefore, Uniguest currently only supports printers installed on private networks.

Uniguest’s customer support team is available 24/7/365 to assist properties with moving at-risk printers to private networks to keep them protected.
