Sagely, the provider of senior living’s leading resident engagement platform has Hollie Kemp as Chief Operating Officer. Kemp, who has served as Executive Vice President since joining Sagely in November 2019, will continue to be responsible for the company’s strategic operations, growth plans, and product enhancement efforts.
Hollie comes from the Senior Living Communities and Operator World. She has brought us some great industry insights and new needed Energy. As a result, it has helped us reshape and improve many aspects of our offering. Her new increased role will be critical in leading a new phase of growth for us as we partner further with our clients to meet the needs of our elders

During Kemp’s tenure as EVP, Sagely has significantly expanded its customer base around the country and Canada. Sagely is now also looking at further horizons overseas. Hollie’s past experience as an acclaimed wellness and engagement programming expert with a proven operational track record has helped Sagely revamp its customer on-boarding and on-going support offering to better address the needs of our clients. It is also helping shape the future of our product to better address the operational needs of our clients.
Serving on the Sagely team for the last year has been my distinct honor. I have seen the company and our team grow in numerous areas to support customers in new and much needed ways. It is with sincere gratitude and genuine excitement that I have accept the COO position. We have a stellar team and an exceptional product, and I look forward to leading both to the next level.

Kemp brought a distinguished background in senior living, resident experience, and dementia care programming to Sagely. She served in senior positions at Watercrest, Senior Lifestyle Corporation, and Compass Pointe Healthcare System. In 2017, she was awarded a Best of the Best award by Argentum for Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s Essence aromatherapy program. She was also recognized as one of Argentum’s 2019 Senior Living Leaders Under 40.
