Uniguest returned to Barcelona, Spain for the world’s largest AV and systems integration exhibition. With a live DJ to welcome a record number of attendees, ISE 2024 was a genuine spectacle, and the Uniguest stand was no small matter. For four days the Uniguest team was ready and waiting to share the latest products and platform updates with business leaders from around the globe. From large-scale stadiums to boutique hotels, Uniguest showcased a suite of solutions that caters to an array of customer experiences. There was so much happening, but it can be summarized with the three Ps – Platforms, Partnerships, and Peers.
Platforms
Uniguest has announced significant enhancements to its enterprise AV platform, Tripleplay, at this year’s ISE conference in Barcelona. Creating and maintaining digital menu boards has been transformed with a new Menu Board Widget, alongside new integrations with popular EPOS systems, Oracle MICROS Simphony, and MSL Solutions. This launch is further enhanced by the introduction of new EPOS integrations, unlocking the power of the new Menu Widget for users of Oracle MICROS Simphony and MSL Solutions.

Digital Engagement Platform: In-room TV has never been easier with the latest features added to the digital engagement platform. To make IPTV easily accessible, Uniguest digital signage is now available in the PPDS – Professional Display Solutions store.
Partner Celebration
Uniguest announced the launch of its Unify Partner Program, bringing together it’s reseller, distribution and verticalized specialist VARs into a single partner eco-system. Platinum partners were announced and celebrated on Monday 29th January before the start of ISE at a private briefing, acknowledging the expertise and experience of its key partners in Hospitality, Distribution and System Integration. As the program matures, Partners will get access to exclusive discounts, resources and materials, enhanced sales and marketing support, and regularized value-add communications and updates. Peer Connection
Shaun Oxenham, EVP, Major Accounts at Uniguest, has been appointed Chair of the AVIXA® Manufacturer’s Council commencing Jan 1st, 2024.
