NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 9, 2022 – Uniguest, a global leader in digital engagement technology to multiple end markets, announced today the acquisition of CPI Global’s hospitality division.
Following yesterday’s announcement of the acquisition of Otrum, the addition of CPI Global’s hospitality division significantly enhances Uniguest’s presence in the European hospitality market. CPI’s hospitality technology is widely adopted in France with significant contracts with leading brands in the hotel industry.
CPI Hospitality has provided a managed digital signage service and music solutions for hotels, including on-site support, for over 10 years but with a renewed focus on Digital Retail Experiences the time was right to pass their hospitality division to another expert in the space.
