New levels of guest engagement unlocked with Uniguest Hub

Uniguest Hub 25.2 adds PMS group code support and numerous new Digital Signage features.

Nashville, TN, 30th May 2025: Uniguest, a global leader in digital engagement technology, announces the release of Uniguest Hub 25.2, the latest update for its unified digital engagement platform. This release adds multiple new digital signage content management tools, plus support for Property Management System (PMS) group codes to help hoteliers easily manage groups of guests.

Group codes are often used as a unique identifier to manage multiple reservations under one group, a common practice for events, weddings, corporate, and sports teams bookings. They help streamline operations, reducing the amount of work involved in daily tasks, such as billing, and now they can be utilized to drive guest engagement and revenue by creating a more personalized experience. The Hub CMS will now pull the group codes from the hotel’s PMS using integrations. These can then be used to direct specific digital content, information, and advertisements to TVs in the rooms of a particular group of guests.

Uniguest Hub Digital Signage also sees several new advancements to further assist brands and hotels in simplifying the management of their signage content:

  • A Variables module lets brands set reusable values, like location, language, or property type, at either the network or site level, making it easier to manage and personalize content across locations without creating separate templates or playlists for each one.
  • New site-level user permission provides read-only access to the Schedules module, helping users stay informed about scheduled content while preventing accidental changes and ensuring brand consistency.
  • New control options for playlists, including start/end times and Content Tags, give users more flexibility over where and when content appears whilst simplifying playlist management, reducing duplication, and helping ensure the right content reaches the right screens at the right time.
