Uniguest Launches Community AI for Senior Living

Oct 22, 2025

New AI Recommendations feature uses assistive intelligence to deliver a more personalized and engaging resident experience.

Community AI LaunchNashville, TN – October 24, 2025: Uniguest, a global leader in digital engagement technology, has launched Community AI, an artificial intelligence-powered enhancement to Community Hub, its resident engagement platform for senior living communities.

Community AI marks an important step forward in personalization, using assistive AI to tailor communication, activities, and events to each resident’s individual interests and participation patterns. The first capability, AI Recommendations, is now live and will be showcased at the LeadingAge Annual Meeting later this month.

AI Recommendations works behind the scenes to make engagement more personal and meaningful. It builds a profile for each resident based on their preferences, participation, and feedback. When staff add new activities to the calendar, the system highlights which residents are most likely to be interested – helping teams plan programs that truly connect.

Whether it’s a resident who never misses yoga or another who prefers the art studio, Community AI helps ensure everyone sees activities that fit their interests while discovering new ways to stay active and connected. For staff, it removes much of the guesswork, saving time and helping to increase participation across the community.

“Community AI brings a new level of intelligence and empathy to resident engagement,” said Pankaj Kulkarni, EVP Product Management at Uniguest. “By understanding residents’ interests, we’re helping communities design experiences that feel personal and inclusive, and enhance engagement while making staff efforts more impactful.”

Built on a privacy-first foundation, Community AI operates within a secure, opt-in framework. Resident data is handled responsibly and used only to improve engagement within Community Hub.

A second capability, AI Analytics, is already in development and will expand Community AI by providing deeper insights into participation and engagement – helping communities measure impact and continually refine their programs.

Uniguest will showcase Community AI and AI Recommendations at the LeadingAge Annual Meeting, November 2-5 at the Thomas Michael Menino Convention Center in Boston, where senior care leaders and technology innovators will explore the future of aging services.
