This update delivers new UI/UX and Action Hubs for eStream’s Digital Signage tools, plus there has been an overhaul of the platform’s analytics tools.
eStream v7.1 delivers two important digital signage features: a new Digital Signage UI and Action Hubs. These UI changes align the digital signage module with the rest of the platform, completing the UI/UX overhaul and offering an enhanced, user-friendly interface that streamlines content management and improves the overall user experience.
In addition, Action Hubs introduce configurable triggers that unlock the engagement power of dynamic, on-demand content. Customers can set up triggers, such as QR codes, that enable staff and visitors to temporarily override digital signage content with their desired information, such as maps, opening times, or menus, for 30 seconds.
Finally, the introduction of a new Analytics Hub provides more in-depth platform analytics and comprehensive insights into how the platform is being utilized- enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions and optimize their digital strategies.
