In collecting this information, we are acting as a data processor and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over this data.

All data is encrypted in-transit between the product portal and our third-party provider QR Planet.

Our hotel partners act as a data controller with Uniguest acting as data processor. Data may be shared with sub-processors, such as QR Planet and other companies within the same corporate group to provide services and support.

Any information shared outside of the EEA is safeguarded with Standard Contractual Clauses.

How we store your information

Data is not stored and is used only for session identification purposes. The Digital Directory platform is hosted within a secure data center in the United States.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
