Costa Coffee Case Study

Founded in London by Italian brothers Sergio and Bruno Costa in 1971, Costa Coffee is present in 41 countries around the world, with over 3,800+ coffee shops globally.

We spoke to Simen Halvorsen, Digital Marketing Manager of Coca-Cola European Partners, who gave us some insight to the latest developments in Norway:

Back in 2018 Coca-Cola purchased Costa Coffee from the Whitbread Group. 3 years later in 2021, Coca Cola launched Costa Coffee to the Norwegian market, and the 1st outlet opened in August 2021 at the Norwegian Business School (BI) in the capital Oslo. For the new outlet, we needed to find an easy to use, yet reliable digital menu board which we could deploy on-site. For this solution we turned to Telenor as an integrator, and their solution provider Otrum.
