What is Sagely Community 2.0?
Sagely Community 2.0 is a completely new app with a modernized look and feel. The workflows for tracking attendance and viewing resident profiles are more intuitive and the user experience has been optimized to adjust based on whether you’re using the app from a smartphone or tablet.
Do I need to download a new app and if so, how do I do it?
Yes. You may download Sagely Community 2.0 for iOS/Android using the links below or by searching “Sagely Community 2.0” in the App Store/Google Play Store. After you’ve successfully downloaded Sagely Community 2.0 and are able to log in, we encourage you to delete the existing Sagely Community app to avoid any confusion.
Can I login using my existing Sagely user account?
Yes. You do not need to make a new user account for Sagely Community 2.0. You can log in immediately with your existing email and password.
Will any of my calendar/activity information change?
No. All of your calendar and resident data will remain the same and readily accessible as soon as you download and log into the new app.
Can I still use the old Sagely Community app?
Yes. Although we recommend you switch to Sagely Community 2.0 as soon as possible, you may still use the existing app until May 1, 2019. After this date, you will only be able to log in and use Sagely Community 2.0.
