Pittsburgh, PA 26th April 2022: Touchtown, leaders in senior living technology, announces the release of Touchtown Voice, a secure senior living focused voice assistant, which also presents content visually on hardware including the Google Nest Hub Max.
Touchtown Voice offers an enterprise level plug and play solution where devices can be centrally maintained and loaded with community information and resident contacts offering a higher level of security and ease of deployment than consumer hardware versions.
Through voice commands, communities can more easily share their existing Touchtown activities, dining menus, announcements, policies or other information the community has loaded into the platform, helping to ensure their residents can access current events or activities effortlessly.
Furthermore, with communities constantly striving to differentiate themselves, being able to offer residents and their families a voice-enabled contactless route to communicate is an additional feature to appeal to prospects and enrich the lives of those already within the community.
Nicole Page, Vice President of Sales, Senior Living commented, “It’s widely acknowledged that seniors can suffer social isolation so adding the Touchtown Voice feature to our secure platform is a mechanism to help further engage residents. Through voice commands, they also have greater control over selecting and choosing their own personalized content giving them their own digital companion. They just need to ask to find out the evening menu choices, daily activities or to listen to their favorite piece of music, and it plays right back to them!”
Touchtown Voice is available as an enhancement to existing deployments or as a standalone community and resident engagement solution.
